- 1/2c vegetable oil
- 1/4c orange juice
- 3eggs
- 2c flour
- 1ts baking powder
- 1ts baking soda

chopped Wash currants and allow to drain

Drain artichoke hearts and chop in food processor or blender

Combine the artichoke hearts, sugar, oil, orange juice, and eggs in mixer
