- 1/2ts almond extract
- 3/4c blanched almonds; sliced
- 2/3c sugar; + 1 tbls
- 1/2c flour
- 3fresh apricots; sliced thin
- 4lg egg whites

In small saucepan melt butter

In food processor, blend together the almonds, 2/3 cup sugar and flour until almonds are ground fine
