- 1/2teaspoonsalt -- optional
- 1teaspoonground cinnamon
- 1cupblueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1cupunsweetened applesauce
- 1cupbran flake cereal -- slightly crushed
- 1/2cupegg beaters® 99% egg substitute

Coat a regular 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick spray

In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon
