- 11/4 c raisins
- 21/2 cups unsweetened apple sauce
- 3eggs -- beaten
- 2tablespoons powdered sugar substitute
- 1c vegetable oil
- 3cups self rising flour
- 3t ground cinnamon

bring to a boil

B oil until water evaporates or is absorbed by raisins
