- 3/4c applesauce
- 11/2 ts ground cinnamon
- 1/2ts ground allspice
- 1/8ts ground cloves
- 1/2c chopped nuts
- 1c raisins

Pour snack Cake Mix into an ungreased 8 or 9 inch square baking pan

In a small bowl combine egg, oil, applesauce, cinnamon, allspice and cloves, beating with a fork to blend

Stir into Snack Cake Mix until smooth and blended

Stir in nuts and raisins

Bake 35-to45 minutes, until wooden pick inserted in center, comes out clean

Cool on rack
