- 1/4c margarine or butter melted
- 2tb flour
- 3eggs
- 1c applesauce
- 1/2ts cinnamon
- 1Dashor two of nutmeg
- 11/4 c brown sugar, firmly packed

In medium bowl, combine all the crust ingredients

Press in bottom of 10 inch spring-form pan

In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, flour

beat until light and fluffy

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition
