- 8ozapplesauce
- 1c sifted flour
- 1/2ts baking powder
- 1/2ts baking soda
- 1/2ts cinnamon
- 1/4ts salt

Gradually add sugar, beating well

Ad 1/2 cup of the applesauce

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, salt and cloves

Fold into egg mixture

Spread in greased and floured 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan

Bake in 350 oven for 15 to 20 minutes
