- 1/2c honey
- 2eggs
- 2tb water, warm
- 1c fried apples; pureed in
- 1/2c cornstarch
- 1ts baking soda
- 1ts cinnamon

warm -water 2 1/2 c Whole wheat pastry flour 1/2 c Cornstarch 1 ts Baking soda 1 ts Cinnamon 1 ts Nutmeg, ground 1/2 ts Cloves 1 c Raisins 1

Add eggs, water, and apples

Sift together flour, cornstarch, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves into first mixture

Pour into 3 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 2 1/2" loaf pans which have been buttered and lined with brown paper
