- 1/4cup chopped onion
- 11/2 lb stew meat
- 1Clovegarlic
- 1tsp salt
- 1cup meat broth
- 2tbsp cornstarch

Add meat to skillet and brown on all sides, occasionally stirring

Add garlic, salt and meat broth, cover and cook abt
