- 1cup cranberries, picked over
- 3tbsp flour
- 1/2cup granulated sugar
- 1tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2tsp ground nutmeg
- 11/2 tb flour
- 2tbsp softened butter

PIE------------------------------------ Pastry for single crust - 9" pie 5 Golden Delicious apples 1 tb Lemon juice 1 c Cranberries, picked

To prepare the pie: Spray a 9-inch pie pan with a nonstick cooking spray

Prepare the pastry shell and fit into the pan

Peel the apples, core and slice thinly

Toss with the lemon juice

Combine with the cranberries, flour, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg

To prepare the topping: Combine the brown sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon to form large crumbs
