- 2tsp wine, chinese, rice or
- 2tsp sherry, dry
- 1tsp oil, sesame
- 1/4tsp salt, kosher

Add pork, soy sauce, wine, sesame oil, salt and pepper and mix with several on-off pulses in the processor
