- 210 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach -- thaw/squeeze dry
- 1cup shredded swiss cheese
- 3/4cup ricotta cheese
- 1/3cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3tbspfinely chopped onion
- 1clovegarlic -- minced
- 1/4tspsalt
- 1/4tsppepper

gently stuff 1/2 cupful under the skin of each chicken breast

Place in a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan

Combine oil, paprika, oregano and thyme
