- 8ouncemozzarella cheese -- finely shredded
- 8ouncemuenster cheese -- finely shredded
- 8ounceprovolone cheese -- finely shredded
- 8ouncecheddar cheese, mild -- finely shredded
- 1/3cupparmesan cheese -- grated
- 8ouncepepperoni slices -- or
- 1poundsausage meat -- j.c. potter mild

Potter mild 1/2 green pepper -- chopped 1/2 onion -- chopped 8 ounces mushrooms -- drained 1 batch Lisa's Pizza Dough -- prepared as directe

Crumble sausage in a medium saucepan, and cover with 2 inches of water, put on lid

Gently boil sausage over low heat, crumbling with fork occasionally

When cooked through, drain, rinse and drain thoroughly
