- 1/8tsp nutmeg
- 1/4tsp cayenne
- 2cup whipping cream
- 1/3cup onion, minced
- 1/3cup tomatoes, minced
- 1/3cup canned chiles, diced

Whip until smooth and light in consistency

Spread onions, tomatoes, and chiles on bottom of pie crust

Pour egg mixture over filling

Sprinkle with cheeses

Bake 375 F, 60-70 mins or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean
