- 3tbsp olive oil
- 2cup asparagus tips and tender
- 1pt half and half
- 1large flavor cube
- 12ozpasta cooked according

3 tb Butter 3 tb Olive oil 2 c Asparagus tips and tender -pieces (1")steamed 2 tb Flour 1 pt Half and half 1 lg Flavor cube 12 oz Pasta cook

Remove and set aside

Add flour to the pan and mix well

Slowly add the 1/2 and 1/2 mixing well to avoid lumps

Keep on low heat

Crumble flavor cube and add to mixture

Mix well and salt and pepper to taste.Add tips and serve over hot pasta
