- 1egg, slightly beaten
- 2tbsp parsley, snipped
- 2tbsp green onion, sliced
- 2tbsp milk
- 1/8tsp pepper
- 1/8tsp worcestershire sauce
- 16ozsalmon, drained and flaked

Add salmon and cheese

Shape into 4 patties

Mix butter with remaining crumbs and coat patties with mixture

Place on ungreased baking sheet
