1 9 inch pastry shell 1 1/2 cups peeled and thinly sliced apples 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 cup walnuts -- chopped 1 dash salt 2 eggs -- beaten

Arrange in the pastry shell

Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 15 minutes

Remove from the oven and turn the heat down to 325

Cream together the remaining sugar, salt and the cream cheese
