Ingredients: 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 2 tbsp margarine, melted; 1/3 cup brown sugar; 1/2 cup sugar; 2 eggs; 1 tsp vanilla; 2 tbsp cointreau; 2 tbsp sugar

2tbsp margarine, melted
1/3cup brown sugar
1/2cup sugar
2eggs
1tsp vanilla
2tbsp cointreau
2tbsp sugar

Directions

CRUST----------------------------------- 1 c Graham crumbs 1/2 ts Cinnamon 2 tb Margarine, melted 1/3 c Brown sugar

CRUST: Mix crumbs, margarine, cinnamon and sugar

Press into bottom of a 10 inch spring form pan

FILLING: In processor, blend cheese til smooth

Add sugar OR equivalent artificial sweetener and blend til smooth

Add eggs then vanilla and liqueur

Pour over crust

Bake for 30 minutes
