- 6tbsp butter, melted
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 3tbsp apple brandy
- 11/2 ts apple pie spice
- 1tsp vanilla
- 5jumbo eggs, shelled & warmed
- 1/2cup heavy cream

Cake: Beat cheese until light and fluffy

Add sugar and beat again

Add eggs one at a time, beating after each

Add remaining ingredients except applesauce and mix well

Pour into crust and bake at 350 for 1 hour, with a pan of water on oven bottom
