- 1/2cup (2 oz.) finely chopped
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1/8tsp pepper
- 18to 20 square won-ton
- 2tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Place a won-ton wrapper at an angle with 1 corner facing you

Spoon about 1 TABLESPOON cheese mixture in center of wrapper
