Ingredients 1 cup bisquick 1/3 cup cream, light 1 pound hamburger 2 each onions 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon flavor extender 2 tablespoon bisquick 2 each eggs

Mix bisquick with cream with hands, knead gently 10 times

Roll dough to fit 9 inch pie plate

Saute beef and onion in frypan, add next four ingredients mix well & put in pie plate

Beat eggs slightly and blend in cottage cheese

Pour over meat, sprinkle with paprika and bake 30 minutes.
