1 oz Unsweetened Chocolate 1 c Sugar 1 c Flour 1 ts Baking Powder 1 ts Vanilla 2 Eggs

- 1cup sugar
- 1cup flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp vanilla
- 2eggs
- 1/2cup chopped nuts (opt)
- 2tbsp flour

BASE------------------------------------ 1/2 c Margarine 1 oz Unsweetened Chocolate 1 c Sugar 1 c Flour 1 ts Baking Powder 1 ts Vanilla 2 Eg

Base *** Grease and flour a 9x13 pan

In a large pan, melt the margarine and chocolate

Add remaining ingredients and mix well

Spread in the pan

Filling *** In a small bowl combine the cream cheese with remaining ingredients except for the chips

Blend until smooth and fluffy

Spread over chocolate mixture and sprinkle with chips
