- 1cup sugar, granulated
- 21/2 tb cornstarch
- 1tbsp butter, unsalted
- 2tbsp orange juice
- 1cup heavy cream; whipped
- 2tbsp sugar, confectioners

whipped 2 tb Sugar, confectioners Prepare and bake pie shell

GLAZE: Wash strawberries gently in cold water

In medium saucepan, crush strawberries with potato masher

Combine sugar and cornstarch

stir into crushed strawberies
