- 6tbsp butter; melted
- 1package vanilla powder
- 11/2 lb cream cheese; room temp.
- 1pn salt
- 4large eggs
- 1/2cup cranberry juice concentrate

CRUST: Wrap the bottom and outsides of 9-inch springform pan with aluminum foil

Lightly butter inside of pan and set aside
