- 1cup butter
- 2tbsp sugar
- 1/2cup nuts,chopped
- 1cup powdered sugar
- 1package 8 oz cream cheese
- 1package 3 oz cream cheese
- 1cup coolwhip

Fill into 9 X 13 inch piepan

Bake at 350 degrees F until brown, about 10 minutes

Cool real good.Spread coolwhip into cool crust

Soften cheese and mix with pudding and milk

Let cool until real cool

Top with more coolwhip and the chopped nuts
