- 11/4 c milk
- 2tbsp lemon juice
- 2tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1/4lbfeta cheese, crumbled
- 3tbsp parmesan or romano

Mix the eggs, cream, and milk

Add the salt and pepper, lemon juice, and parsley

Stir in the spinach and feta cheese
