- 1/4tsp pepper
- 1/2cup sour cream
- 3lbpotatoes; bakers
- 2tsp butter or margarine
- 1paprika
- 1parsley

Prepare and boil quartered potatoes

Using an electric mixer or a potato masher, beat hot potatoes until they're in fine lumps

Add sour cream mixture and continue beating until smooth
