1 1/2 lb Hamburg 1 c Onion chopped 1 Can kernel corn 1 c Cream of chicken soup 1 c Cream of mushroom soup 1 c Dairy sour cream 1/4 c Chopped can pimento 3/4 ts Salt 1/4 t Pepper

- 11/2 lb hamburg
- 1cup onion chopped
- 1Cankernel corn
- 1cup cream of chicken soup
- 1cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1cup dairy sour cream
- 1/4cup chopped can pimento
- 3/4tsp salt

Stir in other ingredients except noodles which you cook separately drain and then add

Turn into casserole dish and cover with bread crumbs that have been mixed with 2 Tblsp

Bake in 350 oven 45 min

If you wish you can put chow mein noodles on top instead of bread crumbs.
