optional 1 2/3 c Sugar, powdered Sugar, granulated Mash cream cheese, mint and food coloring, if desired

Add powdered sugar

Roll into marble sized balls
- 5
roll balls in granulated sugar

Shape balls into candy canes or press in decorate molds and unmold on wax paper.
