Remove from heat and stir in flour, sugar, eggs, sour cream, extract, salt, and baking soda

Beat until smooth

Pour into greased 15x10 inch pan and bake at 375 degrees 20-22 minutes

Frosting: Heat margarine & milk, then mix in remaining ingredients.
