- 1/2cup brown sugar; packed
- 1/2cup margarine
- 3/4cup sugar
- 3eggs
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1cup carrots,shredded

Melt 1/4 cup margarine in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet
