- 11/2 ts cream of tartar
- 1tbsp baking soda
- 1/4tsp sea salt
- 11/2 c whole wheat flour
- 1/2cup wheat germ
- 2tbsp egg replacer
- 1/2cup water

drained 2 tb Lemon juice 1 1/2 c Ground almonds 1 c Crushed pineapple

Oil and flour a bundt pan

Sift all-purpose flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt into a medium-size bowl
