- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1cup vegetable oil
- 3eggs, slightly beaten
- 2cup bananas, chopped
- 11/2 ts vanilla

PINEANNA CAKE------------------------------- 3 1/2 c Cake flour 2 c Sugar 1 ts Baking soda 1 ts Salt 1 ts Cinnamon 1 c Vegetable oil 3 Eggs,

Grease and flour 3 (9- by 1 1/2-inch) round pans

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl

Add oil and eggs

Stir until all dry ingredients are moistened
