- 1c sugar
- 1tb cornstarch
- 1/2c dry white wine
- 1/2c water
- 3md peaches; sliced

split 1/2 ga Vanilla ice cream 1 c Sugar 1 tb Cornstarch 1/2 c Dry white wine 1/2 c Water 3 md Peaches

sliced Line 9" springform pan with plastic wrap

Arrange ladyfingers to cover bottom and sides of pan

Layer half of the ice cream, remaining ladyfingers and then remaining ice cream into pan

Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan
