- 1/4cup orange juice
- 1tsp vegetable oil
- 1/2cup sugar
- 1/2tsp ginger
- 13/4 c matzo meal
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1tsp coffee; instant

Beat egg yolks

Add oil and sugar, sift together matzo meal and dry ingredients

Add dry ingredients and honey to egg yolks
