- 1envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4cup cold water
- 12ozlight cream cheese
- 3/4cup skim milk
- 1/2cup sugar; or 12 pkgs sugar sub.
- 1/4tsp almond extract
- 3cup fresh peach slices;peeled
