Michael's Mocha Halo Cakes
1 1/2 c Sifted cake flour 1/2 c Cocoa 1/2 ts Baking soda 2 ts Baking powder 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 c Shortening 1 c Sugar 1 Egg 2 Egg yolks 1/2 c Cold strong coffee 1/2 c Buttermilk
