- 4eggs
- 3cup flour
- 1/2tsp salt
- 3tsp baking powder
- 1cup milk
- 1tbsp orange rind,grated

Preheat oven to 350'F.~ 2

Grease and flour 3 9-inch layer cake pans

Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer until soft and fluffy

Beat eggs until light and add to butter-sugar mixture.~ 3
