- 1/2cup oil
- 13/4 c sugar
- 21/2 c flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp baking soda
- 2cup grated zucchini
- 2eggs

Add eggs, vanilla, and sour milk

Add dry ingredients after sifting them together

Beat well

Add zucchini last and mix evenly
