Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake

- 1/2c flour
- 2tb unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4c water
- 2tb raspberry liqueur
- 2pk (each 300 grams) frozen
- 2tb lemon juice
- 2c whipping cream

CHOCOLATE CAKE: In large bowl, beat egg yolks with 1/4 cup of the sugar until very pale

In separate bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form

gradually beat in remaining sugar until stiff peaks form

Fold egg white mixture into egg yolk mixture

Sift flour and cocoa over egg mixture

Pour into buttered 8 inch springform pan;bake in 350F oven for 30-35 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched
