- 3/4cup sugar
- 3/4cup vegetable oil
- 2eggs
- 2tsp vanilla
- 11/4 ts baking soda
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/2tsp salt
Directions

Stir in pie filling, chocolate chips and nuts, if desired

Pour into greased and floured tube pan

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours

Cool 10 minutes in pan

Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
