- 3tbsp unrefined vegetable oil
- 4medium eggs
- 2tsp vanilla
- 1cup milk or water
- 21/4 c am multi blend flour
- 1/2tsp sea salt (optional)
- 2tbsp ground cinnamon

1 c Honey 3 tb Unrefined vegetable oil 4 md Eggs 2 ts Vanilla 1 c Milk or water 2 1/4 c AM Multi Blend Flour -OR- AM Whole Wheat Flour 3 ts

Measure honey into large mixing bowl, add vegetable oil and mix

Add eggs and blend with a spoon

Mix in vanilla and add milk or water well

Mix all dry ingredients to liquids, stirring constantly

Grease and flour bundt pan or 13" x 9" cake pan

Pour batter into pan and top with 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Bake at 350 F
