- 1tsp baking soda
- 3eggs
- 2cup sugar
- 1cup buttermilk
- 3tsp butternut flavoring
- 1/4tsp salt

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition

Mix soda and salt into buttermilk until foamy

Add alternately with flour
