- 1cup mashed ripe banana
- 2cup cake flour, sifted
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1/2tsp salt
- 8ozbanana flavored yogurt

CAKE------------------------------------ 3/4 c Butter 1 1/2 c Sugar 2 Eggs 1 c Mashed ripe banana 2 c Cake flour, sifted 1 ts Baking powder

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition

Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt in a medium bowl

Add flour mixture to cream mixture alternately with yogurt, beginning and ending with flour mixture
