- 1/2ts vanilla
- 1egg, separated
- 1c flour
- 1/4ts salt
- 11/4 c finely chopped nuts
- 1/4c raspberry jam

Beat together butter and sugar in a mixer bowl

Add vanilla and egg yolk

Mix flour and salt, add to butter mixture and mix well

refrigerate at least 1 hour
