- 1package fresh spinach, washed, stems
- 7ozmueller's pasta swirls,
- 6sl uncooked bacon, coarsely
- 1tsp sugar
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2tsp pepper
- 1cup hellmann's or best foods
- 1/3cup cider vinegar

In medium skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp

Remove with slotted spoon

Pour off all but 2 tablespoons drippings

In small bowl, mix cornstarch, sugar, salt and pepper

With wire whisk, stir cornstarch mixture into drippings in skillet until smooth
