Name: Spinach Puree
Ingredients: 1 lb fresh spinach, cleaned; 1/4 cup water; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 medium garlic clove, minced; 1 ea black pepper to taste

Directions

1 lb Fresh spinach, cleaned 1/4 c Water 1/2 ts Salt 1 md Garlic clove, minced 1 ea Black pepper to taste Cook the spinach without added wate

Transfer to a blender & with 1/4 cup water, puree till very smooth

Place in a small bowl

Thin to desired consistency & season with garlic, salt & pepper

Serve on cold pasta or on hot baked potatoes.
