Ingredients: 1 can spam luncheon meat, cut in; 1 green bell pepper, chopped; 3/4 cup chopped red onion; 1 1/2 c whipping cream; 2 tbsp chili powder; 1/4 tsp pepper; 12 oz angel hair pasta, cooked; 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro

Vegetable cooking spray 2 c Frozen corn, thawed 1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat, cut in -2" strips (12 oz) 1 Red bell pepper, chopped 1 Green bell pepper, chopped 3/4 c Chopped red onion

Transfer mixture to bowl

To same skillet, add cream, chili powder, and pepper

Bring to a boil

boil 5 minutes or until cream has slightly thickened, stirring occasionally

Pour over pasta and toss well
