- 2/3cupfresh grapefruit juice
- 1/3cupcarrot juice -- or broth
- 1/2teaspoonsoy sauce, low sodium
- 1pinchred pepper flakes -- to taste
- 1/4teaspoonsesame oil -- for fragrance
- 4ounceradicchio -- chiffonnade cut

Cut the salmon into serving pieces, equally sized so that they will cook evenly

Heat nonstick skillet over high
