Maccaroni and Sauce
-----Sauce----- 2 tb Olive Oil 3/4 c Onion -- chopped 2 Cloves Garlic -- minced 2 sm Cans Tomato Paste 2 1/2 c Water 1 1/4 tb Oregano 1 1/4 tb Basil Salt -- to taste 1/8 tb Pepper

- 3/4cup onion -- chopped
- 2Clovegarlic -- minced
- 2small cans tomato paste
- 21/2 c water
- 11/4 tb oregano
- 11/4 tb basil
- 4ozcan mushrooms

Heat oil in heavy saucepan, saute garlic and onion till tender

Combine remaining [not cheese] and stir into garlic mixture

Cook sauce until it is as thick as you like

Ten minutes before serving stir cheese into sauce

It is really good if you toss parmesan cheese into your pasta before serving
